We are looking to hire an Account Manager to oversee client relationships and project
coordination for social media management and event-related services.
This role is suited for someone who is organized, client-facing, and proactive, with the
ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring smooth communication between clients
and internal teams.
Position Summary
The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that
social media deliverables and event-related services are executed smoothly and meet client
expectations. The role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to translate client
requirements into clear internal tasks for creative and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with clients for social media and event-related
projects.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, production, and operations) to ensure
deliverables are completed on time and according to the brief.
Oversee social media content planning, approvals, and publishing schedules.
Support the planning and execution of events, activations, and related services.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and client feedback.
Identify opportunities to expand services or propose additional solutions to existing
clients.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is hands-on and organized, with experience managing
accounts in a marketing, social media, or events environment.
Preferred profile:
36 years of experience in account management, preferably within a marketing
agency, social media agency, or events company.
Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
Experience coordinating social media campaigns and/or events.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Arabic language is a big plus.
