As part of our continued expansion in Saudi Arabia, Parisima Talent is growing its outsourced recruitment offering and is looking for a driven Account Manager to manage and grow strategic client partnerships across the Kingdom.
This is a client-facing, relationship-led role focused on delivering high-quality recruitment solutions, managing key accounts, and expanding service offerings across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts
- Build long-term relationships with HR, TA, and senior stakeholders
- Manage outsourced recruitment solutions (RPO / project-based hiring / contract staffing)
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless service execution
- Drive account growth, retention, and client satisfaction
- Identify new opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
- Manage commercial performance, reporting, and service KPIs
- Represent Parisima Talent at industry events, networking functions, and client presentations in Saudi Arabia.
What We're Looking For:
- 24 years experience in recruitment or outsourced staffing in KSA
- Strong background in account management, client relationship development & solutionbased recruitment delivery
- Experience with contract staffing, RPO, or project recruitment models
- Commercial mindset with the ability to grow client portfolios
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management & negotiation skills
- Understanding of Saudi labour laws, visa processes, and workforce solutions
- Resilient, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-led environment
