Account Manager (Russian Speaking) – Dubai
Job Purpose
Hantec Markets is looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.
This role is responsible for converting newly registered clients into funded, active traders while building long-term relationships with clients and affiliate partners. You'll manage the client journey from registration and onboarding through to first deposit, first trade and ongoing retention, playing a key role in driving revenue growth.
We're looking for someone with experience in FX/CFD brokerage or fintech, a proven track record in client conversion or account management, and professional fluency in both Russian and English. Key Responsibilities
- Convert newly registered clients into funded, active trading accounts.
- Manage the client journey from registration through onboarding, first deposit and first trade.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and affiliate partners.
- Support clients throughout the onboarding process, resolving any issues that may delay activation or funding.
- Drive client retention, re-engagement and repeat deposits.
- Deliver excellent client service while identifying opportunities to increase trading activity.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates and client communications.
- Achieve individual KPIs including funded accounts, first-time deposits, net deposits, trading volume and retention.
- Work closely with Marketing, Affiliate, Payments and Client Support teams to optimise the client experience.
- Provide professional support to Russian-speaking clients while ensuring all interactions comply with regulatory requirements.
About You
You'll ideally have:
- 2–4 years experience in FX/CFD brokerage, financial services or fintech.
- A proven track record in client conversion, account management, retention or inside sales.
- Experience managing a high volume of outbound client interactions.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- A commercial mindset with a focus on deposits, conversions and client retention.
- Professional fluency in Russian and English.
- Experience working with affiliate or IB-driven acquisition models is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as CellXpert or similar is desirable.

Reporting Line
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Affiliate Manager, working closely with Marketing, Client Support, Payments and Operations to maximise client conversion, retention and trading activity.
