Job Description

Position:                             Account Manager / Senior Manager – ( Cybersecurity Sales)

Job Location :                     Noida Bangalore

Experience :                       4–8 years. relevant

Salary Budget:                   8LPA – 18LPA (Fixed) [Sales Performance Variable is additional]

Industry :                             IT Cybersecurity Services

Department/Reporting To: Regional / Zonal Sales Head

 

Key Role Highlights

Main Responsibilities:

×       Proactively identify cybersecurity sales opportunities in the company's account base and new accounts.

×       Promote the cyber security proposition to drive new cross-sell activity.

×       Own, develop and execute all areas of the sales cycle for cybersecurity opportunities.

×       Should be responsible and accountable for revenues, margins, & 100% on-time collections

 

Must-Have Skills:

×       Understanding of IT products and services, including hardware, software, networking, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and data management.

×       Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

×       Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance data.

×       Strong negotiation and closing skills.

×       Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.

 

Education/Certifications:            A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree or MBA can be beneficial.

 

Candidate Fit

Ideal Background:

×       Candidate should be working at the base location only. Candidates willing to re-relocate are not to be considered.

×       Candidate should primarily have experience in IT cybersecurity solution & service sales.

×       Other IT sales experience, like IT services / IT Solution / IT product, will be secondarily considered. (i.e., work experience in networking, Server/storage)

×       Must have direct contact with IT heads / CIO / CTO / IT Managers.

×       Candidates should have good knowledge of IT Infrastructure / Cyber Security technologies.

×       Avoid candidates with only international sales & customer management experience.

×       Candidates should have Direct End-Customer Product, Solution & Service selling experience to Corporate Customers.

×       Positions are open to both male & female candidates.

 

Process & Timeline

×       Target Start Date: Immediate (30-day notice period is fine)

×       Interview Rounds: 2–3 rounds, online + in-person.
