Job Location: New Cairo, Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned logistics clients, maintaining strong and long-term relationships.
- Understand clients supply chain requirements and provide tailored logistics solutions.
- Manage end-to-end service delivery, including transportation, freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution.
- Monitor shipment performance, resolve service issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell value-added logistics services.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance, and compliance) to meet client expectations.
- Prepare account performance reports, KPIs, and conduct regular business reviews for clients.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to support client growth strategies.
- Ensure accurate account documentation, pricing agreements, and CRM updates.
- Handle client escalations professionally and work with relevant teams to provide timely resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in Account Management within the Parcel Delivery, Shipping, or Logistics sector.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, warehousing, and distribution processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
