Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth. This role acts as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating internally to deliver solutions that meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve client objectives and company revenue goals.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and present updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
  • Resolve client issues proactively and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and client business developments.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting and payroll.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the UAE.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and consultative abilities.
  • Proficient in accounting software packages (training will be provided) and Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experienced in project and engagement management; capable of meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Demonstrated experience working with clients across diverse industries.
  • Highly driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting required; professional accounting qualifications are highly desirable
