Account Manager - Social

Viola is looking for an Account Manager to join our buzzing creative agency. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring the smooth delivery of campaigns, and coordinating agency resources to meet client objectives. This role serves as a critical link between clients and internal teams, translating client needs into actionable strategies, driving campaign execution, and supporting the Group Account Director in achieving business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and clear communication.
• Support the planning and execution of social media strategies and campaigns across a diverse portfolio of brands.
• Coordinate with clients to develop content plans, campaign timelines, and social media calendars.
• Translate client briefs into clear, social-first creative briefs for internal creative and strategy teams.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams to deliver high-quality social content on time and to brief.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of social media campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare insightful reports with actionable recommendations for clients.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and quality standards.
• Contribute innovative ideas for social campaigns, activations, and new business pitches while staying up to date with the latest social media trends.
• Support project budgeting, approvals, and campaign administration to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in mass communication, Liberal Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in advertising, including at least 1 year in a client servicing role.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience within the UAE market.
• Proven multi-sector expertise, with strong preference for public sector accounts.
• Previous experience in multinational or regional agency environments is highly desirable.
