About the Role
We are looking for a driven and highly organized Account Manager to support the day-to-day delivery of a high-profile strategic communications programme. This role sits within a global communications consultancy and will be embedded within a major client organization.
You will play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination across multiple workstreams, supporting delivery across crisis & issues, media relations, and strategic advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery and coordination of programme activities
- Track and ensure timely completion of deliverables across workstreams
- Act as a key point of contact for client coordination and communication
- Support senior team members and workstream leads in execution and planning
- Maintain clear documentation, status tracking, and reporting
- Ensure alignment across teams, escalating risks or delays where needed
Candidate Profile
- 4–7 years experience in communications, PR, or consulting environments
- Strong experience in account management or project coordination
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with experience engaging client stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven
- Experience supporting integrated communications programmes is a plus
- Middle East experience is advantageous
