We are looking for an experienced, high-impact Account Manager & Strategist based in Dubai to lead the overall communication, strategy, and client success across our agency accounts.
In this dual-capability role, you will act as the key strategic brain and primary operational bridge between our clients and dedicated internal production teams—including Social Media Managers, PR Managers, Team Assistants, and Media Buyers.
Key Responsibilities- Client Leadership & Strategy: Serve as the strategic lead and primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Translate client goals into executable, multi-channel digital marketing and communication strategies.
- Workflow & Team Coordination: Organize, delegate, and oversee internal workflows across cross-functional specialists (Social Media, PR, Media Buying, and Admin support) to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance KPIs, analyze campaign metrics, and synthesize complex data into actionable performance reports and client-facing presentations.
- Account Retention & Success: Continuously optimize client strategies to maximize ROI, ensure account retention, and proactively spot growth or upselling opportunities.
- Resource & Schedule Management: Maintain project timelines, campaign schedules, and resource allocations in fast-paced agency environments.
Requirements- Location Requirement:Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE (for local market alignment, client availability, and sporadic in-person meetings if needed).
- Experience: 3+ years in a Marketing Agency setting as an Account Manager, Client Servicing Lead, or Digital Strategist.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to build digital marketing strategies and evaluate metrics across paid media, PR, and social media.
- Team Orchestration: Experience directing internal or remote teams (Social Media Managers, PR Leads, Media Buyers, Assistants).
- Availability: Minimum 30 dedicated hours per week with high responsiveness during Dubai business hours.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; presentation skills suited for high-level client stakeholders.
