Job Description

Job Purpose

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of B2B clients by delivering telecom and ICT solutions that meet their business needs. The role focuses on building strong relationships, maximizing revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting digital transformation initiatives for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key enterprise accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring timely support and communication.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to understand customer needs, challenges, and future plans.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Telecom & ICT product lines (Connectivity, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Center, IoT, Managed Services).
  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature.

3. Solution Development & Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Technology, Product, Finance) to design customized solutions.
  • Ensure proposed solutions align with customer requirements and budget.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.

4. Service Delivery & Customer Experience

  • Coordinate with Operations and Service Delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation of services.
  • Monitor service performance and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Resolve escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

5. Market & Industry Knowledge

  • Stay updated on telecom & ICT market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide insights and feedback to Product and Management teams to enhance offerings.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate account information on CRM systems.
  • Deliver periodic reports on account performance, pipeline, and forecasting.
  • Ensure contract renewal and timely collection of payments.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.

Experience

  • 25 years of experience in Account Management or B2B Sales within Telecom, ICT, or Technology industries.
  • Experience handling enterprise accounts is preferred.
