Account Manager Visual Instruments (Projectors)

Your mission:

Develop Epson Visual Instruments (VI) business in the UAE, with a strong focus on growing sales through T1 distribution partners and developing System Integrator (T2) business.

The role will be responsible for building strong relationships with T1 partners, creating new business opportunities and supporting the growth of Epson VI products across the UAE. At the same time, the role will develop relationships with key System Integrators and end users to create project opportunities.

As the VI portfolio is focused on education products, a good understanding of the UAE education market, customers, projects and buying processes will be important. Experience in corporate and hospitality markets is also an advantage, particularly the hotel and exhibition sector.

What you will do:

• Develop and grow Epson VI business across the UAE.
• Build strong working relationships with T1 distribution partners and develop their Epson business.
• Work with T1 partners to identify new customers, projects and sales opportunities.
• Develop and manage relationships with key System Integrators (T2) to grow project business.
• Build a strong pipeline of VI opportunities and regularly update the sales forecast.
• Identify key education customers, projects and opportunities across the UAE.
• Develop relationships with education end users, consultants and other key decision makers.
• Work with partners to increase product knowledge, demos and customer engagement.
• Support partners with sales opportunities, product information and Epson resources.
• Work closely with pre-sales, marketing and product teams to support opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends in the UAE.
• Develop a good understanding of the UAE education market and use this knowledge to identify new business opportunities.
• Set and achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.

What we ask for:

• Experience working with distributors, resellers or System Integrators.
• A sales background in a related A/V product/solutions category deployed in the education and/or hospitality sector will be strongly preferred (e.g. projectors, visual displays, audio/video solutions etc.)
• Good understanding of the UAE market and local business environment.
• Experience or good knowledge of the UAE education market is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Able to develop new business and create a sales pipeline.
• Good understanding of channel sales and project-based business.
