Account Manager

Wescon International B.V. provides specialized technical services that focus on enhancing the performance, safety, and compliance of industrial assets throughout their lifecycle. Additional services include Mechanical & Machining solutions such as on-site machining and bolt tensioning, as well as Specialized Maintenance offerings like corrosion monitoring and leak detection. This is a full-time on-site Account Manager role based in Abu Dhabi. The Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, preparing and delivering proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery. The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving customer satisfaction and supporting the company's business objectives.

• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
• Experience in business development, including identifying opportunities and managing client accounts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects
• Working knowledge of industrial services such as Asset Integrity, Heat Treatment, NDT, or Maintenance is a plus
• Proficient in using CRM software and other business management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in the industrial or technical services sector, is highly preferred
• Organized, goal-driven, and capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
