We are hiring an Account Performance Manager to join our team in Tanta.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between our E-commerce clients and internal execution teams (Performance Marketing, Media Buying, Creative, and Content). Your main mission is to build strong client relationships, align strategy with client goals, ensure seamless execution, and drive measurable revenue growth and performance for each account.

• Serve as the main liaison and trusted advisor for E-commerce clients across the MENA region.

• Understand client business goals, KPIs, and revenue targets to develop data-driven growth strategies.

• Collaborate closely with Media Buyers, Performance Marketers, and Creative teams to ensure campaigns align with client expectations.

• Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics (ROAS, Revenue, CPA, Conversion Rates), and identify opportunities for account expansion and scaling.

• Prepare, present, and deliver comprehensive performance reports and actionable insights to clients on a regular basis.

• Proactively identify bottlenecks or performance drops and work with internal teams to implement swift solutions.

• Manage client onboarding, day-to-day communications, and long-term account retention and satisfaction.

• Stay updated with the latest E-commerce, performance marketing, and digital growth trends.

• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relations, or Performance Marketing within an agency or E-commerce setting.

• Good understanding of E-commerce, digital marketing, and performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CVR, AOV, Meta Ads concepts).

• Strong client-facing, presentation, and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to analyze performance data and translate technical marketing metrics into clear business insights for clients.

• Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Meta/Google ad concepts is a plus.

• Must own a personal laptop.

• Must be based in Tanta or a nearby city and able to commute daily to the office.
