Account Operations Manager

Alpaca Leads is a go-to-market agency specialized in B2B outbound. We help companies scale their revenue through structured outbound strategies combining data, tooling, and execution.

Our focus is on building repeatable and high-performing outbound engines for B2B companies. The agency is growing fast, with an increasing number of clients and complex operations to manage.

We are looking for a Head of Operations to own delivery and operations across all client accounts.

The founder focuses primarily on sales and growth. This role is critical to ensure flawless execution, operational excellence, and scalable processes as new clients are onboarded.

You will be responsible for both client delivery and internal operations. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, impact, and strong growth potential within the agency.

In addition to a fixed salary, this role includes performance-based incentives tied to agency revenue.

• Own end-to-end delivery for all client outbound campaigns
• Manage and optimize operations across multiple client accounts
• Ensure campaigns are launched, monitored, and optimized properly
• Coordinate tools, data, workflows, and execution standards
• Build and improve internal processes for scale
• Maintain high client satisfaction and delivery quality
• Work closely with the founder on priorities and execution
  

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of B2B outbound and go-to-market strategies
• Hands-on experience with Clay
• Good knowledge of outbound tools such as Instantly, Heyreach, Smartlead, and LemList
• Solid understanding of data enrichment, scraping, and outbound workflows
• Familiarity with cold calling is a plus
• Holistic view of digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2B outbound
• Ability to demonstrate skills with concrete results and examples
• Fluent in English, required
• French is a plus but not mandatory
• Comfortable working on-site from our Dubai office
