SCNE is a lifestyle discovery platform connecting people to the right venues, experiences, events, and communities. We help users discover where to go, what fits their vibe, and what is happening across the city, while helping hospitality brands reach the right audience more effectively.

We sit at the intersection of tech, hospitality, lifestyle, and culture, and we are building the partnerships that will power venue discovery, campaign activation, and growth across the platform.

The Role

We're looking for a Hospitality Partnerships Account Executive to help grow SCNE's network of venue and hospitality partners across Dubai and the wider UAE. This is a commercial, relationship-led role focused on bringing top restaurants, bars, lounges, beach clubs, wellness venues, and experience-led brands onto the platform.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, reaching out to decision-makers, pitching SCNE's value, closing partnerships, and helping manage partner relationships after onboarding. This role is ideal for someone who understands the Dubai hospitality landscape, is confident in sales and relationship-building, and can represent SCNE as a premium, modern brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target hospitality partners including restaurants, bars, beach clubs, lounges, cafes, wellness venues, hotels, and event-led concepts
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads across independent venues and hospitality groups
  • Reach out to venue owners, general managers, marketing managers, partnerships leads, and decision-makers to introduce SCNE
  • Pitch SCNE's platform, audience value, campaign opportunities, and commercial offering clearly and confidently
  • Close new partnerships and support contract/commercial discussions where required
  • Onboard new partners onto the platform and ensure a smooth handover into account management or activation
  • Build strong day-to-day relationships with hospitality partners and act as a trusted point of contact
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to align partner needs with platform capabilities
  • Help partners understand how SCNE can support brand visibility, event discovery, audience targeting, and customer engagement
  • Track outreach, meetings, pipeline progress, and revenue opportunities accurately
  • Stay close to the market, including new openings, trending venues, competitor activity, and hospitality group movements
  • Represent SCNE at meetings, venue visits, launches, events, and networking opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in sales, partnerships, account management, business development, or hospitality relationship management
  • Strong understanding of Dubai's hospitality, nightlife, food and beverage, or lifestyle ecosystem
  • Confident communicator with strong in-person and written presentation skills
  • Comfortable pitching a product or platform and handling commercial conversations
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to open doors and build trust quickly
  • Self-starter who is proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a startup environment
  • Able to manage multiple conversations and opportunities at once
  • Commercially minded, target-driven, and motivated by growth
  • Professional presence and ability to represent a premium consumer-facing brand

Ideal Background

  • Experience working with hospitality groups, venues, restaurants, nightlife brands, agencies, media sales, or tech platforms selling into hospitality
  • Existing network across Dubai hospitality is a strong advantage
  • Experience in app partnerships, advertising sales, event partnerships, venue sales, or lifestyle platform growth is a plus

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Existing relationships with venue owners, GMs, marketing teams, or hospitality operators in the UAE
  • Experience with CRM tools and partnership pipeline management
  • Background in startup sales, media sales, or marketplace growth
  • Passion for lifestyle, culture, food, social discovery, and hospitality trends
