Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Relationship Manager at Stitch, located in Heliopolis. The Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and building strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring continued value of the company's services. Responsibilities include enhancing client satisfaction, identifying upsell opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently, and preparing and presenting client account updates and reports. The individual will be instrumental in driving customer success and retention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer relationship management, account management, or client services
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations
• Proficiency in problem-solving, resolution handling, and conflict management
• Knowledge of sales strategies, business development, and customer retention techniques
• Ability to analyze client needs and present tailored solutions effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in AI-driven customer engagement solutions is a plus
