Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant based in Doha, Qatar. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include preparing budgets, performing reconciliations, analyzing financial data, coordinating audits, and assisting in financial decision-making processes. The Accountant will work closely with other team members to provide accurate and timely financial information to support business operations.

Qualifications

• Accounting and Financial Reporting skills, with proficiency in maintaining accurate financial records
• Advanced knowledge of Budget Preparation, Reconciliation, and Taxation
• Analytical thinking and proficiency in Financial Analysis and Audit Coordination
• Familiarity with Accounting Software and ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred
• Previous experience in accounting roles, ideally in a similar industry
