Rocky Real Estate is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with strong AML (Anti-Money Laundering) knowledge to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries)
- Ensure compliance with AML regulations and internal policies
- Monitor and report suspicious transactions as per UAE regulations
- Coordinate with compliance teams and external auditors
- Prepare financial reports, VAT filings, and maintain accurate records
- Support regulatory audits and documentation related to AML requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of AML regulations in the UAE
- Experience handling compliance documentation and reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
