Accountant - AR

We're Hiring | AR Accountant

ADC is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record customer invoices, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes.

• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue collections.

• Prepare AR aging reports and customer statements.

• Reconcile customer accounts and Accounts Receivable ledgers.

• Coordinate with the Project Management Department on project invoices, payment certificates, collections, and supporting documents.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Maintain accurate financial records and AR reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

• 2–3 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience.

• Good knowledge of invoicing, collections, account reconciliation, and AR aging analysis.

• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong accuracy, organization, communication, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to handle a high volume of transactions.
