Job Purpose:
To provide support in Finance/Accounting activities especially in Accounts Receivables. Carry out timely follow-up, reconciliation and collection of payments from the clients to ensure smooth cash flow to support the business while ensuring standard process and procedures.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate AR records and customer accounts for multiple entities.
- Perform customer account reconciliations and handle complex intercompany reconciliations.
- Analyze large AR data sets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare and present AR reports to management with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve outstanding issues and ensure timely collections.
- Effectively manage individual tasks and customer relationships, including both individual and corporate customers.
