Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Accountant/Bookkeeper. The individual in this role will manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, process invoices, and reconcile accounts. Additional responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, detecting discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Accountant/Bookkeeper will work closely with cross-functional teams to support efficient financial operations and provide insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Budget Management, and General Ledger Accounting
• Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliations
• Knowledge of Accounting Software and Tools, such as Wafeq & Zoho Books or similar platforms
• Strong Analytical Skills, Attention to Detail, and Problem-Solving Abilities
• Understanding of Regulatory Compliance and Taxation Guidelines (ZATCA)
• Strong Organizational Skills and the Ability to Prioritize Tasks Efficiently
• Excellent Interpersonal and Written Communication Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus
