We are seeking a full-time Accountant to join our team at our Dubai location. This on-site role involves managing daily financial transactions, preparing financial reports, maintaining records of financial activities, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Additional responsibilities include budget management, preparing tax documentation, reconciling accounts, and supporting the finance team with audits and financial forecasting. The Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of the organization by maintaining accuracy and transparency in financial processes.

• Strong accounting skills, including financial reporting, account reconciliation, and tax preparation
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of auditing practices, compliance requirements, and budget management
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and aptitude for working with numbers
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; additional certifications like CPA or ACCA are a plus
• Prior experience in real estate accounting or UAE financial regulations is an advantage
