Accountant

We are Cloud Gate Information Systems Technology Company, and we are seeking to strengthen our finance team by hiring a highly skilled and experienced Accountant with a strong background in the accounting field.

Responsibilities:

• Record, review, and maintain accurate daily journal entries and financial transactions.
• Manage local bank documentation and execute online banking operations efficiently.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze company revenues and expenditures to ensure financial health and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Prepare and organize tax documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines and accuracy in submissions.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and contribute to financial analysis reports.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies, procedures, and relevant financial regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar accounting role.
• Proficiency in ERP accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
