Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with a strong background in accounting and experience in facility management projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial activities related to operations, maintenance, and service contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations related to facility management projects.
  • Monitor and control operational and maintenance costs.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Track expenses and ensure proper allocation of costs to projects.
  • Review and verify invoices, payments, and vendor contracts.
  • Coordinate with procurement and operations teams regarding financial matters.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Support audits and provide necessary documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within facility management or maintenance projects.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Experience in managing service contracts and vendor payments.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and expense tracking.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in facility management or property management companies.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle).
  • Understanding of contract management and SLAs.
