Accountant

Description:

We are a reputed Wholesale Jewellery trading company looking for Senior Accountant (Jewellery Experience)

Job duties include managing the records of all incomes, expenses, financial transactions, cash flow records, bank deposits, VAT filings, and corporate tax activities.

You will also be required to perform internal audits and coordinate statutory audits. Preparation of financial documents including regular performance statements and financial reports will be required.

You will be responsible for maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, preparing monthly payroll, bank reconciliation, calculating tax payments and returns, etc.

Will be required to regularly provide accurate information on the financial position, liquidity and cash flows of the business, and prepare monthly and quarterly management reports reflecting the state of the business.

Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
. Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, or audit experience.
. Familiarity with UAE accounting and tax regulations, and VAT filing procedures.
. Proficiency in information systems, accounting software and Microsoft Office.
.Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
.Jewellery experience and Arabic speaking preferably
