Role Description The Accountant role at ELI Art Production is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling bank and company accounts. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. The role also involves overseeing payroll data, supporting cost control for production projects, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The Accountant will collaborate with management to provide financial reports, support audits, and offer insights that help optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
• Candidates should possess skills in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis to support project and operational decision-making.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial systems used for recording and tracking transactions.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of applicable accounting standards, taxation basics, and local financial regulations in the UAE.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with production, operations, and management teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification, Quickbooks is an advantage.
• Prior experience as an accountant, preferably within media, creative, or production environments, is beneficial.
