Accountant / Finance Executive

This role is for our new e-commerce entity.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant / Finance Executive with experience in the e-commerce industry and hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities and supporting accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile e-commerce sales, marketplace settlements, payment gateways, refunds, and returns.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and support month-end closing.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist withVAT, audit, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Support management with financial analysis and other finance-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Hands on accounting/finance experience, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and marketplace reconciliations is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
