We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Accountant to join our caf operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the caf or food & beverage sector and the ability to manage financial processes that support daily operations, inventory control, and accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and review financial records related to caf operations
- Monitor cost control, perform reconciliations, and analyze variances in sales and inventory
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accurate stock valuation
- Use Syrve to manage technical cards, recipes, and inventory workflows
- Maintain accounting records and generate financial reports using Zoho
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable financial regulations
- Collaborate with caf management and operations teams to improve financial accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Accountant in a caf (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with Syrve, including technical card setup and inventory management
- Working knowledge of Zoho accounting software
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
