Job Profile Summary:

We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical German Speaking Accountant (Accounts Receivable) to join our Finance team. This role will focus on supporting the Accounts Receivable (AR) function for our German entities, ensuring accurate billing, collections, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and Germanspeaking customers, ensuring timely cash collection, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable processes for German entities, including billing and collections
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support monthend closing activities related to AR
• Communicate with Germanspeaking customers and stakeholders regarding payments and account status
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
• Prepare AR reports and support audit requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve AR processes and efficiency

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within Accounts Receivable
• Fluency in German (minimum B2 level required)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles; exposure to IFRS is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting / ERP systems (SAP or similar is an advantage)
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced, international environment
