Key Responsibilities:
- Manage invoicing, VAT compliance, and KYC processes for real estate transactions.
- Handle day-to-day cash and petty cash management, ensuring accurate records.
- Process supplies payouts and real estate commission payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and real estate laws.
- Support the finance team with audits and tax filings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an accountant in the real estate industry in UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE law, including VAT, KYC, and real estate financial processes.
- Experience with bank reconciliations, invoicing, supplies payouts, and commission management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
