Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support the finance team in maintaining strong financial controls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities and assisting in the preparation of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Prepare journal entries, payment vouchers, and receipts.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain general ledger and update financial data regularly.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Support internal and external audit processes.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial analysis when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
