KBE has equipped itself to expand its sales operations and manufacturing capabilities, to cover the markets of the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Record incoming customer payments, deposits, outgoing transfers, bank charges, supplier cheques, and other payments.
  • Maintain money follow-up records, prepare customer Statements of Account, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Prepare Delivery Notes, invoices, proforma invoices, Credit Notes, and return documents.
  • Monitor open Delivery Notes and invoices and follow up on pending or unsigned documents.
  • Verify customers payment status before processing new Sales Orders and handle payment-term change requests.
  • Record supplier, utility, shipping, customs-clearance, and other operational invoices.
  • Prepare estimated and actual landed costs and record the related Accounts Payable invoices.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
  • Record monthly salaries and support payroll closing.
  • Prepare withholding-tax documentation and provide supporting documents for VAT filings and year-end closing.
  • Record and follow up on social-insurance transactions in accordance with Egyptian requirements.
  • Support financial reporting, audits, document filing, and management requests.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, HR, and other departments when required.
  • Comply with KBE's quality, health and safety policies and maintain the confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, VAT, withholding tax, and Egyptian social-insurance requirements.
  • Experience with SAP or another ERP system is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good command of Arabic and English.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-up, and analytical skills. Knowledge of payroll systems and tax laws is a plus.
