Accountant

This is a full-time Accountant position based on-site in Dubai. The Accountant will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, overseeing budgets, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with international and local financial regulations. They will analyze financial data, provide insights for decision-making, and supervise audits to maintain accuracy. Collaboration with internal teams and external auditors will be a key part of the role.

• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and budgeting
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and preparation of financial statements
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets, with excellent analytical skills
• Familiarity with international and local tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance standards
• Effective communication skills for presenting financial insights and reports
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Relevant educational background in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Bachelor's degree required; certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus)
• Previous experience in real estate or construction industries is an advantage
