For our HOYER Logistics Arabia office in Dammam, we are looking for an

Accountant (m/f/d).

Currently we are recruiting for an Accountant who will contribute to improve the customer experience by fostering positive customer interactions, identifying customer issues, providing solutions, and conversing in a polite and professional manner, thereby leaving customers with a positive lasting impression of doing business with HOYER.

YOUR TASKS AND DUTIES

General Ledger Management:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS.
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare Invoice and necessary documents and update the details in accounting program.

Financial Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Prepare financial statements and regulatory reporting documents.
• Audit Management: Coordinate audit processes and respond to information requests from auditors.

VAT Compliance:

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of KSA VAT returns.
• Stay updated with changes in VAT regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

Monthly Reporting:

• Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial information to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal controls.

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Experience with general ledger functions.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures (IFRS).
