Main job duties/tasks:

1.Responsible for RM-BG cash safe.

2.Control accounts payable (Purchase Request /Purchase Order /Receiving warehouse Report).

3.Issue letter of credits in Bank.

4.Prepare journal entries for accounts payable.

5. Issue withholding taxes reports.

6. Record all financial transactions on oracle system related to accounts payable.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree of commerce.
• Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft office programs (word, excel& PowerPoint).
• Intermediate Knowledge Oracle.
• Intermediate Knowledge of Financial statements (Income statement, Owner equity statement, Cash Flow Statement & Balance sheet).
• CMA Part 1 is required.
