Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 3–5 years of experience who can handle day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial accuracy, and support business decision-making. Strong ERP experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations)
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing
- Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
- Prepare financial reports and support management with insights
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Support intercompany transactions and reconciliations (multi-entity environment)
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of accounting experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (mandatory)
- Experience with ERPNext is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with UAE VAT and compliance requirements
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Advanced Excel skills
