Business Need / Purpose Of Role
Maintain normal Finance and accounting operations, invoicing, cost. Payable, receivable, journals recording, treasury, VAT, Zakat reporting and Fasah portal control.
Objectives & Measurement
Key Responsibilities And Specific Accountabilities
Including but not limited to:
- Treasury (Banks)
- Issuing Invoices.
- Custodies reviewing and recording.
- Cash flow forecasting and planning
- Payable and receivable
Any other task that relevant to your job and given by direct Manager.
Job Knowledge / Education And Qualifications
Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting. Time consciousness and right sense of urgency. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Open mind and flexibility in facing unexpected and/or challenging situations. Ability to report problems in a clear, documented, and logical way. Self control and discipline.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. SAP experience is must
Mathematical
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral
Must Have
Saudi citizen and SAP experience
