Accountant Professional Certified

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have 5–10 years of accounting experience in the UAE real estate industry, with strong expertise in financial reporting, VAT filing, and corporate tax compliance.

Candidates without UAE work experience or real estate industry experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting statements.
• Handle VAT calculations, filing, and compliance in accordance with UAE regulations.
• Manage corporate tax calculations, filing, and compliance with UAE tax laws.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and balance sheets.
• Monitor income, expenses, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Handle real estate accounting transactions, including property-related income and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and UAE financial regulations.
• Assist with budgeting, financial planning, audits, and management reporting.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant accounting experience.
• UAE work experience is mandatory.
• Real estate industry experience is mandatory.
• Must hold one of the following professional qualifications: ACCA, CA, or CFA.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, P&L statements, and accounting operations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Important Note

Only candidates who meet ALL the above criteria will be shortlisted. Applicants without UAE experience, real estate experience, or one of the specified professional qualifications will not be considered.
