We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage financial operations efficiently.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 35 years of accounting experience
- CA or CPA certifications are preferred
- Experience working in real estate companies is preferred
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliation, and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with local laws, VAT regulations, and internal policies
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external partners as needed
- Work closely with the management team to support financial planning and analysis
