Accountant — Seed Health and Wellness Centre

Doha, Qatar | QR 5,000–7,000/month

Seed Health and Wellness Centre is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance function.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Fluent English; familiarity with Qatar financial law
• Comfortable liaising with external auditors (financial auditors)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Daily revenue tracking
• Daily corporate expense reconciliation
• Daily cash reconciliation across all business outlets
• Sales report
• Tally of manual and front desk/business systems

Monthly Responsibilities

• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Monthly payroll
• Employee expense report
• Monthly provision for end-of-service benefits

Annual Responsibilities

• Quarterly budgets
• Quarterly projections
• Financial audit report
• Draft internal audit
• Weekly expense report
• Monthly P&L
• Official (external) audit

Preferred

• Knowledge of, Odoo and ability to learn, our ERP/POS system and become certified in ERPNext.

Must be able to manage the transition from Odoo to ERPNext including manually logging ALL transactions for 2026.
