What You'll Do:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and corporate policies
- Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders when required
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience (telecom/tech industry a plus)
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
- Strong understanding of tax laws, compliance, and reporting standards
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
