Job Description

We are seeking for a full time Accountant to manage and support the financial operations. You will work closely with management to ensure robust financial control, accuracy, and scalability across our branches.

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance or accounting (retail experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and compliance.
• Manage daily financial operations and reporting.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and expense control.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and maintain financial records.
• Coordinate with accountants, auditors, and banking institutions.
• Monitor costs, margins, and profitability across all branches.
• Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
