Job Description

  • Job Summary
  • The responsibility of the Accountant is to apply the rules of the accounting regarding contractors, suppliers & customer accounts, fixed assets, wages, budgeting, general ledger and financial reporting & consolidation. He/she is requested to conduct activities such as analysis of deviation and maintenance and up-dating.
  • Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • . Use the accounting software effectively to make different accounting entries after ensuring that supporting documentations are valid.
  • . Use Microsoft Excel effectively, and develop financial reports.
  • Apply accounting rules to: * Customer's accounts. * Vendor's accounts. * Fixed Asset's accounts. * Payroll and all employees entitlements.
  • . Perform financial analysis and make detailed studies on costing.
  • . Analyze company sales processes and determine any deviations
  • . Review sales orders and check customer history, credit ceiling or aging reports and update Chief Accountant on late customer receipts.
  • .Collect in cash sales value from the company customers, prior to transferring the same to the specific accounts. .Perform accounting entries to finance ERP system
  • .Adequate knowledge of the principles and practices of Finance.
  • .Adequate knowledge of accounting systems and software. .
  • Problem Solving. .
  • In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the employee may be asked to perform other related duties when requested.
  • .Bachelor Degree in Finance Management or Accounting with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • .Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
