Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant Treasurer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Accountant Treasurer will be responsible for overseeing the financial transactions and cash flow of the company. The daily tasks involve managing accounts, monitoring budgets, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and handling treasury operations. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with other departments to provide financial guidance and reporting.
Qualifications
- Accounting and financial management skills, including budget planning, financial forecasting, and reporting
- Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and ERP systems
- Attention to detail, accuracy in calculations, and strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in accounting, treasury management, or a related financial role is a plus
- Familiarity with the agricultural or manufacturing industries would be advantageous
