Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accountant, based in Cairo, Egypt, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and maintaining accurate records. Key tasks include budgeting, analyzing financial trends, reconciling bank statements, and supporting audits. The role also involves collaborating with the management team to support strategic financial planning.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheet tools, and general bookkeeping
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong aptitude for numerical analysis
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to analyze financial trends and assist in strategic planning
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry is an advantage
