This is a full-time remote position for an Accounting (Founder Track) Lead. The Accounting Lead will oversee financial operations, design financial strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities include managing financial reporting, preparing budgets, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and providing data-driven insights to support organizational growth. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the leadership team to drive scalable and sustainable financial practices aligned with business objectives.

• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in accounting software, financial management tools, and data analysis
• Strong understanding of financial compliance, tax principles, and auditing practices
• Excellent leadership, team management, and strategic decision-making skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills to present financial findings and collaborate with stakeholders
• Proven experience in startup finance or high-growth environments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; advanced degree or CPA certification is a plus
