DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Periodical Financial closing for management reporting.
- Performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger.
- Reviews general ledger accounts and make necessary journal entries including posting monthly, quarterly, and yearly for Accruals & Provisions.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory audit requirements & Provide necessary support for external auditors
- Reconciliation with related parties.
- Payroll and staff incentive and benefits reviewing & payment processing.
- Performing other accounting duties as assigned by department head.
- Provide personalized coordinated care and support for staff .
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in accounting and financial reporting.
- Previous experience with EY, KPMG, Deloitte, or PwC is preferred.
- Experience in financial consolidation and monthly financial closing.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of VAT and related accounting requirements.
- Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA is preferred.
