Accounting Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Periodical Financial closing for management reporting.
• Performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger.
• Reviews general ledger accounts and make necessary journal entries including posting monthly, quarterly, and yearly for Accruals & Provisions.
• Assist in the preparation of statutory audit requirements & Provide necessary support for external auditors
• Reconciliation with related parties.
• Payroll and staff incentive and benefits reviewing & payment processing.
• Performing other accounting duties as assigned by department head.
• Provide personalized coordinated care and support for staff .

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Previous experience with EY, KPMG, Deloitte, or PwC is preferred.
• Experience in financial consolidation and monthly financial closing.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of VAT and related accounting requirements.
• Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA is preferred.
