Job Purpose:
The assigned person will be responsible of overseeing all financial activities of the institution, providing timely and accurate financial information, developing, and maintaining financial policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing the month-end closing process.
- Overseeing budget preparation and forecasting, conducting financial analysis, and reconciling bank statements.
- responsible for assign the tasks between the team by Overseeing Financial Records and Reports.
- responsible for generating and analysis the financial statement ( BS- PL -Cash flow ) .
- He is responsible for reviewing all aspect of tax as Taxation Knowledge ( Payroll WHT -CTD added value income tax ).
- responsible for the Audit and Internal Controls by implementing the Financial Controls and Risk Management.
- Managing Cash Flow and Working Capital.
- Continuous Process Improvement by Performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and analyzing cash flow.

- Assisting in the preparation of documents and analysis for annual audits.
Job Specifications:
- Experience in accounting.
- Prepare the Financial Statements TB -B/S, P&L & cash flow).
- Experienced with the external audit firms .
- Preparing the annual Business Plan and Monthly forecast.
- ERP implementation like Odoo, Microsoft dynamic or other systems.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis.
- Excellent in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint presentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance.
- Experience in the higher education industry is a plus.
