We Are Looking for an Accounting Manager for Our Manufacturing Facility Located in Badr City, Cairo
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field,
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial companies,
- Strong knowledge of general accounting, cost accounting, and financial reporting processes,
- Preferably experienced in EVA, chemical, or plastics industries,
- Preferably experienced in accounting processes within manufacturing companies,
- Knowledge of banking transactions and credit facilities,
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Logo, etc.),
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS),
- Proficient in Turkish and English (Turkish proficiency is preferred),
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, planning, and communication skills,
- Residing in Cairo, Egypt, or willing to work there.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting entries (income, expenses, inventory, collections, and payment transactions) in compliance with regulations, accurately and on time,
- Process vendor invoices; monitor cash, bank, and current account transactions and ensure reconciliations,
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of production, raw material, labor, and overhead costs within the scope of cost accounting,
- Prepare and present monthly and periodic balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports to management,
- Coordinate with the Certified Public Accountant / Financial Advisor regarding tax declarations, social insurance filings, and other statutory obligations,
- Effectively manage accounting processes through ERP systems (Workbok),
- Execute year-end closing procedures and provide required documentation and support for independent audit processes,
- Record accounting entries related to import and export transactions, ensuring accurate accounting of customs duties, freight, insurance, taxes, and related costs,
- Monitor and report financial records related to export incentives, customs regulations, and foreign currency transactions,
- Manage accounting processes related to banking transactions, loan utilization, letters of guarantee, letters of credit, and other financial instruments,
- Regularly monitor loan repayment schedules, interest accruals, and bank reconciliations,
- Ensure compliance with local Egyptian financial and tax regulations and prepare required reports,
