Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit financial reports that will be required by the Finance Director related to the shareholders, boards and other related parties.
- Coordinate and align between the departments in Finance to ensure their achievement of the company objectives and adherence to the set accounting and reporting standards.
- Manage, monitor and revise all activities within the Financial Reporting and Budgeting including financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, costing.
- Supervise the implementation of any new financial systems or programs and ensure proper staff orientation and training on those systems.
- Liaise with the external auditor while ensuring the implementation of their management observations in due time and with the level of efficiency required.
- Support the issuance of external financial reports, including audited financial statements, for the parent and subsidiary companies
- Research and analyze changes in regulations that affect corporate financial filings and report to the Finance Director
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls to provide ongoing financial reporting integrity

Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
- Minimum 12+ years of relevant work experience, mainly in the manufacturing industry.
- 5+ years of prior managerial experience required.
- Experience within a large size company.
- Experience in a financial management role, collaborating with executive staff, resulting in the development and implementation of creative financial management strategies.
- CPA is preferable.
